very good communication with the seller. Delivery ok, but some big dents on the box.. wish had sum pop-pop plastic sheet or wrapping to protect the box.. lucky nothing broke whatsoever.. overall 4/5 for me.

Very impressed with the ordering and delivery of my gundams. Ordered on one day and delivery on the very next day via Ta-Q-Bin delivery. Items came in good condition. Very Happy and definitely will order through this company again

Overall buying experience is good, just the courier service is disastrous.. Item pick up from shop on May 26, 2014 and sit in the courier warehouse until May 28, 2014.. Called the courier help line to check the delivery status.. and they plan to ship out only on May 29, 2014. I decided to pick up at the warehouse.. been informed by courier service personal to collect in PJ office (PJXC).. went to the PJXC warehouse... and they give me surprise again.. this item actually in Subang warehouse (SZB).. drive all the way to SZB warehouse to get the item.. I would give ZERO star for ABX delivery service..will choose other courier service company next time..

First of all very sorry for the bad experiences you face with the courier services that we had offer.
We have informed the courier service (by email) the below happening and they feel very sorry about the wrong information provided, and they will ensure that this will not happened next time. 
On ourside, we also hope that you accept our sincere apologize to you as delivery process is totally outside our scope of control. We would surely use other courier services if we know that would happened.

My 2nd order from gundam.my, received this Saturday morning after gundam.my send despatch email to me yesterday evening. Credits go to gundam.my and Ta-q-bin courier service, compare to 1st oder, Abx express needed 3 working days. Ta-q-bin give really good service even in holiday. Keep up the good communication and good work guys. xD

All I can say is, this store is good but when it come to delivery to Sabah/Sarawak it take 2 weeks or more maybe it is because Pos Laju delivery service is bad when I ordered. But I do recommend to buy here. Also pls do reply to our msg when their is problem with the item we ordered ty. Hope you guys can improve more with delivering service. :D

Yes, delivery of parcel to Sabah/ Sarawak needs to weeks FOR HEAVY MODEL KITS item. We have stated this clearly on our shipping page for your information:

Our packing team normally will check all the item weight if it's not over certain weight, we can use POSLAJU for speedier delivery.
We did reply to message, but sometimes, we might overlooked message and might reply later then expected. Gundam.my hereby sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused to you here.
For the improvement of the delivery, we had added in delivery for flame-able item / non flameable item to Sabah/ Sarawak too.
We will try to serve you better from time to time and in hope that you do give another try for our services in the future.
