Ans: No, we don't. However, you can visit to our office at Ampang to purchase the item directly from us.

Ans: Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm and Saturday 10:00am to 1:00pm. Sunday and Public Holidays are closed.
You can apply the Coupon code during the checkout process. After selecting the shipping option, you will find the "Coupon Code" column at the right hand side along with the total amount of your order (please check the image below). Then enter the coupon code and click on the "Apply" button to complete the process.

Ans: Back2back order refers to the product that is not ready in our store, but it could be available from suppliers. Back2Back items are available for consumers to purchase. Once we have received a Back2back order,  we will check the stock availability with suppliers and other sources.  If we fail to get the product and we will fully refund the payment to the bank account given. P.S. Back2back order will take up 5-7 working days to confirm the product availability.

Ans : Pre-order refers to order placed for a product that has not yet been released. Pre-order allow consumers to reserve the product before its release and guarantee immediate shipment on release.
Ans: Yes, we only accept full payment for Pre-Order. We do not accept partial payment or deposit for Pre-order.
Ans: Not necessary. Customer can place the order and checkout as a guest. However,  we strongly encourage for customer to register an account for the purpose of payment record tracking. 


Ans: No, we do not reserve item that is not paid in full amount. 
Ans: There is no time limit for online payment, but we strongly encourage to complete the payment as soon as possible to secure the item. As we are on a First Come(Pay), First Serve basis. 
Ans: Yes, as long as the order is yet to dispatch. You can always request for item exchange/ add item / remove item/ combine shipping/ etc.  (Preferably request through WhatsApp for faster response). 
Ans: We accept online payment via credit card,  debit card, online bank transfer and PayPal. You can refer HERE to find out more information about the payment methods.
Ans: Yes, you can select "Cash Deposit or Bank Transfer to Premiumtoy.my Account" as the payment method when you submit your order. The system will show the bank account information for you to proceed the payment.
Ans: You will have to Bank in additional amount. We will refund the balance afterward through bank transfer based on the bank account provided. For the example, the total payment is RM202.00. In this case, you could bank in RM210.00 and we will refund the balance of RM8.00 to your account afterward.

Ans: You can update the payment information online at https://www.premiumtoy.my/payment-update.php or WhatsApp the bank in slip to our support number 018-988 2022.

Ans : We charge flat rate for our delivery, RM8.00 for Peninsular, and RM12.00 for East Malaysia.
Ans: We use hard cover boxes for all our delivery to avoid damage to the item, kindly refer to the picture below of our packaging.


Ans: All ready stock orders will be dispatched within 24 working hours. The courier will takesup to 2-3 working days to deliver the parcel to West Malaysia; 3-5 working days for small parcel(POSLAJU) and 7-14 working days for standard parcel(POS MALAYSIA AIR PARCEL) to East Malaysia. P.S. Working days exclude Weekends and Public holidays.

Ans: An Email of courier tracking code will be sent, once your parcel is dispatched. You can track the delivery status at the courier service portal. Below are the courier services portal URL.

Ans: No, we will wait until the Pre-Order item(s) arrived and combine into one shipment to avoid additional shipping charges to the consumers. However, consumers can always request to separate the shipment and deliver the ready stock items first.  In this case, we will charge additional shipping fee of RM8 for West Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia.



Ans: The postman will leave you a contact note to re-arrange the delivery; Or the postman will deliver your parcel on the next day. If the parcel is not delivered on the next day, kindly contact the courier authorities for further assistance.
Ans: Yes, please select "Custom Shipping Charge to Oversea" as the shipping method when submit your order. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the parcel volumatric and the shipping will display on the spot during the checkout.


Ans: Please contact our support number as soon as possible and provide the sufficient information for us to verify. Once we have verified the issue and we will soon proceed to resend the item. You can check the return and refund policy at HERE.

Ans: First, login to your Premium.my account. Then proceed to the order records and click on the confirm button of the order that you have received to complete the update process.

Ans: Yes, we will definitely restock the out of stock product. However, it will depend on when the manufacturer opens reproduction of the particular product.
Ans: Yes, our products are 100% genuine from various popular Brand authorized distributors in Malaysia. However, there are some products that are manufactured by third parties and it's clearly indicated on the product page.
Ans: No, we do not provide spare part services.
Ans: No, we do not supply stock to re-sellers. We sell directly to end users only.
