Received the packages today but was disappointed..all 3 HG boxes were dented.1st box was slight dent, so acceptable.The 2nd box was dented moderately, still can accept la. but the 3rd box (Mobile BQUE) was too dented, looks like salted vegetable. The delivery box used to hold all boxes was still in quite ok condition. just dented on one side. The dent on one side could not have damage the BQUE box that much. There was no bubble wrap inside as well. The box must have been severely damaged before delivery. To top if off, they send me the wrong colored Gundam Marker... But when i called, Mr Lai was understanding enough to offer a solution to the gundam marker.
