The toy is a playset, modeled after a transparent glass tower with a large parking garage attached.

It can be converted between two modes, Dynamic Mode and Compact Mode. The Compact Mode simply features a two-story parking garage, for holding up to 30 cars. In the Dynamic Mode, the second level is rotated to the left, allowing for a driving lane. Cars can access it via the glass tower, which also serves as a car elevator. The elevator is battery-powered and can function automatically, but can also be operated manually.
